I am so thankful I decided to have Mr. Makler represent me in my criminal and then civil case. I was driving home from a party after drinking a few glasses of wine. I thought I was fine, but was stopped for driving too slowly. I answered the police officer honestly and told him I had some wine. He gave me a breathalyzer which I failed. Then the nightmare began. In the winter of 2024, I was unjustly charged and threatened by serious consequences. Mr. Makler spent many months litigating my charges and reduced them to almost nothing. Bill, as he is called, was diligent, well-organized, communicative, and empathetic. He never stopped fighting for me in a prolonged battle. His fees are reasonable and he earns every penny by his dedicated attention to detail. He is a remarkable lawyer and he saved my life. I will always be indebted to him for his kindnesses.

In the beginning of my journey of fighting this criminal charge, I was stuck with a public defender who, for the lack of a better word, was useless. After him, I got transferred to a different public defender who was very lackluster and dismissive. That is when I made the decision to search for a better alternative. I had the worst accident happen to me. On October 26th, 2022..
